All Wood or hybrid racquet?

Hi All,

this is another subjective question and solely depending on each individual. What type of racquet will you prefer to choose? All wood or Hybrid? I personally prefer ALL WOOD. So far, I have tried the following: DHS Hurricane King, Nittaku Violin, Nittaku ANV WL, Yasaka Maxwood, Stiga Optimum Sync, Nittaku Acoustic and Butterfly Petr Korbel. The reason is simply because it give better feel and control.


What about you? Any other blades you think will be good for a try?

Personally I prefer hybrid wood, like my actually blade. In the past I used all wood blade, but I have changed because carbon blades have a large sweet spot, but sometimes they haven't the control of the all wood blades.

Actually i use a Nittaku Acoustic, and i like it very much!

 

Hi, I'm with Nittaku Acoustic(ST) also. The rubbers are Xiom Omega I (FH) and Solcion (BH).

I see that you are Mercatino's Moderator. What does it mean? Are you a vendor?

My son is using a Nittaku Violin, rubbers Donic Silver 2.o mm and BTY Tackiness 1.7 mm.
I see he is really happy.
I use a Stiga Allround Evolution, as you see, a very good blade on my opinion.
A lot of control, it's all easy with it.
Moreover it's not expensive.
Anyway I prefer wood at present but attention I am not a good player |

I've never tryed the Xiom Omega I... but Acoustic's a very good blade...
I'm not a dealer, i'm only the one who look that everything works well on "mercatino" section, nothin' more...

thanks for sharing what you have. People that like ALL WOOD blades always compare Nittaku Acoustic with Huriccane King. It's really a matter of personal choice acutally. Some will say Acoustic is better while the rest will prefer H. King. Now, with the coming of Hurricane King in ST handle, I would really want to compare them side by side following my own standard. I am no professional but I'm always in the look for something that suit my playing style and make me comfortable with it

Yes, all the blades above are ALL WOOD blades. All these blades belong to my friend who is a vendor and also a state player in Malaysia. I have just ordered from him 2 Hurricane King(ST), once there are available I will put up the picture.

If I want to sell something here, can i do that?
